Savoy (“the Service”) is operated by AppMuscle, LLC. The Service converts PDF documents on your website into accessible HTML versions, served from your own domain, and provides accessibility auditing and AI-powered document chat. It is available as a WordPress plugin or as a one-line script tag for any website.
By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
New accounts receive a 14-day free trial. A valid credit or debit card is required at the time of signup. If you do not cancel before the end of the 14-day trial period, your card will be automatically charged for the subscription plan you selected. You may cancel at any time during the trial via your dashboard at no cost.

Subscriptions renew automatically on a monthly basis and will be charged to the payment method on file. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you will retain access to the Service until then. No refunds are issued for partial months or unused portions of a billing period.
The Service is designed to produce HTML output that follows WCAG 2.1 AA guidelines, the conformance level referenced by Section 508 and the updated ADA Title II rule. We do not guarantee compliance with WCAG, the ADA, Section 508, or any other accessibility law or regulation. Each converted document is automatically scored using axe-core, an industry-standard accessibility testing tool, and that score is shown to you rather than presented as a compliance certification. Whether your website as a whole conforms to any legal accessibility standard depends on your theme, your other content, and your authoring practices, in addition to the Service’s output. We strongly recommend a professional accessibility audit before relying on the Service for formal compliance certification.

The Service uses artificial intelligence for document conversion (including OCR) and document chat. AI-generated content may be inaccurate, incomplete, or out of date. The Service is not a substitute for professional, legal, medical, financial, or other expert advice. You are solely responsible for reviewing and verifying any information or document output provided by the Service before relying on it or presenting it to your users.
To provide the Service, we access and store the documents you submit for conversion. This content is used to generate accessible HTML output and power document chat. We also store usage analytics to operate and improve the Service. For full details, see our Privacy Policy.
You retain all rights to your documents and website content. By using the Service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to access, store, and process your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service. We retain all rights to the Service itself, including its software, design, and documentation.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AppMuscle, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms. You may cancel your account at any time via your dashboard. Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by posting a notice within the Service. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
